I was craving this while it rained in NYC...
ad could not find it any where...
So I settled for Les Halles Coq au Vin and Filet de boeuf béarnaise
So Today before I went to the market and I searched around for some other folks playing around with this dish...
First I am going to try this... Both have great downloads of the recipes, and charts, tips and such!
Julia Child's Recipe from her publisher...
Then invite some friends over and do this.
